THE STORY

A humble beginning

Our story begins when Tommy is a 21-year-old finance student. Fate introduces him to Nga, also known as Cindy, an English student with a sharp mind and a kind heart. Tommy didn’t take long to realize he had found someone truly special. He was captivated by her intelligence and charm. Five years later, Tommy and Cindy married and continued to pursue a shared goal. They aimed to create something meaningful together, uniquely their own. Leaving behind the stability of his sister’s company, where they both worked as sales and operations managers, they set out to start their own business.

When it came time to name their company, the choice was simple. They called it 365 Travel, inspired by the idea that they would be there for their clients every single day of the year—365 days, without fail. And with that, 365 Travel was born.

Early challenges

Their son was young, the office was tiny, and the early days were difficult. Requests came in slowly, mostly from friends and relatives wanting to book tickets and hotel rooms. Their vision was to provide clients with fast and convenient service, so they didn’t mind traveling far to enthusiastically meet with clients. Working days were very long as they researched and created thorough product presentations. Their enthusiasm and passion for the business often overshadowed their financial interests. The company’s initial mission was to enter and build the industry in the Asian market. Their goal was to be a reliable local agent with a reputation for quality service and care without following the trend of cutting costs by downgrading service levels to compete on price.

Building trust

As they earned the trust of their clients, the business began to grow until they reached a dominant position in the Asian market. That success has encouraged them to enter new international markets, including the EU and America. 365 Travel is well recognized in the local market as a company with steady growth, a prestigious reputation, high-quality suppliers, and a strong customer portfolio.

Sustainable development nowadays

For nearly 20 years, 365 Travel, now a leading local DMC with almost 100 staff, has served over 30,000 passengers annually with quality tours across Vietnam and Southeast Asia. We are known for steady growth, a prestigious reputation, and being a high-quality local destination management company.
