Are your tours kid friendly?
Yes, absolutely. We design our tours to be suitable for guest of all ages, and take children on our tours regularly. Parents trust us to offer the safest possible experience for their children because our drivers are the best in the business.
What happens if it rains before/during our tour?
If it is raining heavily before the start of your tour, we will delay the start time by 30 minutes (one of our travel consultants will call you or meet you in person at your hotel and update you on the tour status. If you are not staying in a hotel, then please call us at +84). If it is still raining heavily after the delay, then we will cancel the tour. If it is not raining heavily and we feel that the road conditions are not dangerous, then we will continue the tour as planned. We provide free high quality rain ponchos for all our guests.
If it starts to rain heavily during the tour and we have to cancel, then we will flag down a taxi to get you back to your hotel safely. You will only be charged for the time you spent on the tour.
Luckily, the rain showers in Ho Chi Minh City are usually short lived, so they haven’t affected our tours so much in the past. During the rainy season (June – November) you should expect that it will rain everyday (usually in the afternoons).
I am a solo traveler? Can I still book your tours?
We welcome bookings for solo travelers.
Do you offer pickup/drop-off service at my hotel/apartment/condo or the airport?
Yes we arrange and service clients for every single services .
I am arriving by cruise ship. Can you pick me up at the port?
The only ship port that we offer pick up/drop-off service at is Nha Rong port in District 4. If your ship docks at any other port, then we kindly request that you meet us in District 1 for the start of your tours.
Many of the larger cruise ship dock at Phu My Port, which is located about 2 hours away from Ho Chi Minh city. Your cruise ship should be able to offer you various transport options into Ho Chi Minh city.
Can you tell me more about travel insurance?
Personal insurance is always suggested to buy before travelling and when they go travelling at local, there is public insurance but compensate is based on local policy , it is very small
How do I identify your driver at the airport?
We always put client’s name and our company logo, before clients go travelling we also send all of them welcome board which we will show to pick up them at the airport
