365 Travel Completes Nationwide Guide Meetings to Enhance Client Experience

DA NANG, Vietnam – September 7, 2025 – 365 Travel, a local DMC in Vietnam, successfully concluded its nationwide series of tour guide meetings with a final event in Da Nang. The meeting brought together 30 of the company’s key tour guides and senior management to work together on improving service quality and tour products.

The event gathered a diverse group of professional guides specializing in English, German, Italian, French, Spanish, and Chinese. The meeting was held in an open and constructive atmosphere, focusing on two main areas: gathering valuable feedback on the 2025 season and refining the company’s code of conduct for guides. Discussions also covered practical improvements to tour products, ground services, and new ways to improve the client experience.

This meeting in Da Nang was the final event in a nationwide initiative by 365 Travel, with two meetings held in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in July 2025. The series was designed to strengthen the partnership between the company and its tour guides, ensuring a consistent standard of excellence for all travelers.
