365 Travel’s Tour Guide Meeting in Northern Vietnam
On July 9th, 2025, 365 Travel successfully held a regional meeting in Hanoi for our tour guide team in Northern Vietnam, with the participation of over 20 tour guides. The goal was to review current operations, align on service standards, and get ready for the upcoming 2025–2026 inbound peak season.
The session included participation from 365 Travel’s executive team
During the meeting, the team shared several recurring issues from recent tours – mostly around time management, itinerary flow, and coordination in busy spots. Based on these insights, they also laid out a few key expectations for the months ahead: keep service consistent, stay flexible when things change, and communicate better between office and field. There were also brief updates on taxation policies and payment authorization, to help ensure clarity and protect guide benefits.
Mike Bui, Hanoi Operation Manager at 365 Travel, shared his expectations and expressed gratitude to the team.
In addition, the tour guides are also invited to speak from their own experience. Many shared helpful stories and observations from recent tours, including what clients expect today, and how guides are adapting their approach to meet demand for more authentic, culturally rich travel experiences.
The tour guides shared their personal experiences with the team
This meeting is part of 365 Travel’s ongoing effort to strengthen collaboration with our tour guide network and improve how we work together. As we prepare to move into the high season, we remain committed to improving our operations, providing training opportunities, and supporting our guides in delivering professional and memorable journeys for our clients.
That’s the way we keep growing together!
