After lunch at a local restaurant, explore Zo Project, a space dedicated to preserving the ancient craft of dó paper making. Join a hands-on activity that supports artisans and keeps the craft alive. Later, enjoy a drink at Hidden Gem Café, built from recycled materials, an inspiring example of sustainable design.

HANOI VILLAGES
Continue to visit Lo Bau Co, an ancient, traditional kiln used in Bat Trang village to produce high-quality ceramics. Next, visit Gom Sen, a social enterprise that not only produces beautiful ceramics but also provides classes for disadvantaged children. HANOI – PU LUONG – TREKKING TO KHO MUONG VILLAGE – BANG VILLAGE
The trail leads you across streams and hills into the hidden valley of Kho Muong, where stilt houses rest quietly among terraced fields. Explore the massive Bat Cave, an underground wonder with fascinating limestone formations. Continue your trek toward Bang village, a remote community offering sweeping views of endless rice terraces and tranquil landscapes. By late afternoon, return to your homestay for a well-deserved rest.

PU LUONG – BAMBOO RAFTING
In the afternoon, transfer again by bus to the riverside for a bamboo rafting experience. Glide gently along the water on handmade rafts guided by locals, a peaceful and authentic way to discover the charm of Pu Luong. After this unique adventure, return to the retreat and spend the rest of the day at leisure.

PU LUONG – CUC PHUONG
In the afternoon, visit the Endangered Primate Rescue Center, Turtle Conservation Center, and Carnivore and Pangolin Conservation Program. These important initiatives rescue and rehabilitate wildlife from the illegal trade, offering a chance to learn about Vietnam’s conservation efforts.

CUC PHUONG – NINH BINH – HUE BY TRAIN
After the trek, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before transferring to the Bear Sanctuary Ninh Binh, where rescued Asiatic black bears are cared for in a safe and natural environment. Continue to Trang An, a UNESCO World Heritage site, for a scenic boat ride through limestone cliffs, hidden caves, and emerald waterways. In the evening, transfer to the station and board the overnight train bound for Hue.

Here, you can meet local families and learn their crafts: making Quang noodles, weaving mats, carpentry, and rice wine distilling. Each visit directly supports households while preserving heritage skills that risk being lost. HOI AN – MY SON – HOI AN
Back in Hoi An, enjoy lunch and start a walking tour that unfolds like a story of the town. Begin at the Hoi An Market, a symbol of daily life, before moving to Dai Su Silk, representing the bustling trade of the old port town. Cross the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge, symbolizing cultural exchange between Vietnam and Japan.
Pause at Reaching Out Teahouse, where people with disabilities find meaningful work, a quiet moment in the town’s heart. Continue to Quan Thang Old House, a 300-year-old merchant home now known for its delicate white rose dumplings. End at the ornate Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, dedicated to the sea goddess and once a gathering place for the Fujian community, completing a journey through life, trade, culture, humanity, and belief.

HOI AN – DA NANG – HCMC BY FLIGHT
Upon arrival, begin your half-day tour step into the shadows of Saigon’s past and follow in the footsteps of the legendary Biệt Động Sài Gòn—the Saigon Commandos who operated in secrecy during the Vietnam War. The tour begins the Reunification Palace, where commandos launched a bold attack during the Tet Offensive in 1968. Along the way, pass by the Caravelle Hotel and Brinks BOQ (now the Hyatt), both struck by powerful bombings in 1964.
Dive deeper into their operations with a visit to a secret bunker that once hid nearly two tons of weapons beneath a modest home—an arsenal prepared for missions that would shake the city. Continue to the Biệt Động Sài Gòn – Gia Định Museum, where hidden rooms and secret passageways reveal the inner workings of the resistance. The tour concludes at Do Phu Cafe, a former commando base cleverly disguised as a local eatery. During the war, it housed a secret mailbox and a concealed above-ground bunker, while serving “cơm tấm Đại Hàn” – Korean-style broken rice to blend in with everyday street life.

HCMC – MEKONG DELTA – OVERNIGHT AT HOMESTAY
Also, we can visit Vinh Long market in the town. This is the best choice for you to take pictures of fish, shrimps, prawns, crabs, snakes, rice-field rats, tropical fruits, vegetables… The cruise will end at Vinh Long city around noon.
Return to Ho Chi Minh City for your departure flight. Your journey ends with memorable cultural encounters, sustainable experiences, and the knowledge that your visit has supported local people and traditions.

MEKONG DELTA – HO CHI MINH CITY
Have a breakfast and check-out for a walk along the village to enjoy the fresh air in the morning & arrive the local workshop to see how to make rice paper, coconut candy, pop-rice. Enjoy some sweets with a cup of hot tea. Then, we turn on My An canal to see many brick kilns on both sides of the canal & Hoa Tinh canal, we will walk in the peaceful village to see how they make bricks, wave bamboo trays & baskets. Our boat continues to come to another village in Long Ho to see how they make conical hats by hand, a process to make rice noodles. Also, we can visit Vinh Long market in the town. This is the best choice for you to take pictures of fish, shrimps, prawns, crabs, snakes, rice-field rats, tropical fruits, vegetables… The cruise will end at Vinh Long city around noon. Return to Ho Chi Minh City.

Return to Ho Chi Minh City in the afternoon and dive into local flavors with a hands-on cooking experience at Provincial Table.
