Arrival Hanoi airport, warm welcomed by our guide & driver then transfer to the city. Hanoi or “River-bound City” as its name literally means is Vietnam’s capital with a thousand-year-old history dating back to 1010. The city’s fascinating beauty which is characterized by unique cultural relics, ancient streets of antique houses, elegant French colonial buildings, tree-lined boulevards and romantic lakes has made it one of the most charming cities of Asia.

Half day city tour in Hanoi
> Temple of Literature: Recognized as Hanoi’s first university, the temple was also built in the 11th century during the reign of King Ly Nhan Tong and is featured on the back of the 100,000 dong banknote. The temple, which hosts the Imperial Academy, has educated Vietnam’s loyalty and members of elite society for nearly 700 years

After lunch, we will visit Hoa Lu. From 968 to 1009 CE, Hoa Lu was the first ancient capital of Vietnam. Built by the Dinh Dynasty not only for a capital but also as a stronghold against the Northern invaders, Hoa Lu shortly later it was inherited by the Le Dynasty. Visit the two old temples one dedicated to Dinh Tien Hoang, the only king of the Dinh Dynasty and also Vietnam’s first emperor and the other to the succeeding kings of the Le Dynasty. Though the temples are no longer intact, some precious antique carvings and sculpture of stone and wood are still preserved.
Transfer back to Hanoi and finish your full day at late afternoon.

Moring, you will have breakfast at hotel then transfer 2.5 hours by driving to Ha Long Bay and escape the day-to-day grind with 2-Day, 1-Night cruise onboard Paradise Luxury. Moring, have breakfast at the hotel, then continue to enjoy Ha Long Bay by Paradise cruise. In the afternoon, transfer back to Hanoi and directly to airport for your fight to Da Nang.

In the afternoon, meet our guide at your hotel and transfer out for a city tour. Once a bustling maritime commercial port of Asia between 15th and 19th centuries, Hoi An, recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, is now a peaceful town of exceptionally well-preserved architecture, lifestyles and traditions. The town exemplifies a fascinating fusion of cultures between Vietnam and the outside world including China, Japan, Thailand and the Philippines. Your sightseeing will include the iconic 400-year-old Covered Bridge with a small temple attached to one side as a prominent example of Japanese architecture, the Museum of Trade Ceramics which is an elegant Vietnamese style wooden house built in 1858 showcasing antique ceramic artifacts. You will also visit the 200-year-old Tan Ky House typifying an ancient Chinese merchant residence, Ong Temple built in 1653 by Chinese settlers to worship Guan Yu, an ancient Chinese general whose character stands for loyalty, bravery and justice and the local market vibrant with colors and activities.
Late afternoon is time for A O Show (Optional) - Show’s on at 6 pm every day, except Monday and Thursday

Morning, free at leisure until transfer to Da Nang airport for flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Meet your driver for an airport transfer with a private vehicle and guide. The transfer distance is approximately 30 minutes.
Make a brief photo stop at the Notre Dame Cathedral in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. It has a neo-Romanesque façade and two bell towers tipped with iron spires that reach a height of 190 feet, dominating the skyline. Your next stop will be to visit the classic 19th century French Colonial Post Office. The largest post office in Vietnam, it is an important communications hub for most of the city’s inhabitants. Inside, the building has huge vaulted ceilings with vast maps of Vietnam on both sides of the main hall.
