I have confirmed my order with you and agreed to pay the cost by submitting my credit card to you, but I noticed that my credit card has not been billed for the deposit as we have agreed. Is this the correct procedure?
When the tour is finalized and all bookings are completed, our billing department will submit 'Payment Guarantee' with your credit card to the Bank of Vietnam. The Bank of Vietnam will mail the fax to your bank. Upon receiving the request from Bank of Vietnam your bank will then charge credit card. The process may take 2 to 3 weeks. The charge does not appear on your credit card until that time. If you see that there is no bill to your Credit Card that does not mean that there is something wrong with the confirmation of your reservation.
What guarantee do we have if we send our money to your bank by wire transfer?
Actually we understand your worries to book a tour online. Any worries are reasonable. We will inform you once we receive you payment by email or fax. Also we will fax you the receipt of your payment. But we know that is not enough. In Vietnam, every travel agent is imposed to deposit a certain amount of money to be a guarantee fund at the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT). We deposited 5 Billion VNĐ (about USD230,000) at the account of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism as our quality guarantee fund in case of guest complaints. So we have to serve our guests as your itinerary states. Otherwise our fund would be deducted and refunded to you if the complaint meets any breaches of items of the tourist law. Please keep the receipt your bank gives you if you wire transfer a deposit. Besides, you can meet our travel consultants IN PERSON to pay the rest of the tour cost at our office. You will have a chance to see who we are, where we are from and who you will be travelling with.
What is your bank account?
Wire Transfer is the cheapest way for payment, so for big amount of money, we recommend you to pay through wire transfer in order to save the surcharge of money transferring.

Do I need to put down a deposit/prepay to book a tour?
For bookings of 4 people or less, you do not have to put down a deposit to book a tour. However, for parties of 5 guests and up we require a 20% deposit in order to reserve a booking.
Can I book a tour if I don’t have a hotel yet?
We require either a confirmed hotel reservation or a 20% deposit in order to book our tours. If you have not yet booked your hotel, you can request a Paypal invoice from us which you can pay with any major credit card. Once we receive your deposit, your booking will be secured.
How far ahead of time do I need to book a tour?
Although we welcome last minute bookings (subject to availability), we recommend that you book your tour(s) a least 2 weeks ahead of your desired tour date as our tours often fill up quickly
For last minute bookings, please email or call us at +84 to check on availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently only accept cash payment in either Vietnamese Dong or US Dollars on the day of the tour. If you book a tour at least 24 hours before your tour date, then you are also provided an option to pay for your tour by credit card (via paypal). Because Paypal often holds payments originating from Vietnam for 24 hours, payments using this method must be received at least 24 hours before the date of your tour.
If you choose to pay in cash, please make sure that your bills are in good condition, without any tears or makings on them. It is very difficult to exchange bills in Vietnam unless they are in near perfect condition.
Currently we use the conversion rate of 1 US dollars = 21,400 Vietnamese Dong, which is lower than the official rate and makes it less expensive for our guests to pay in Vietnamese Dong.
